Since launching, frank body has sold 2.2 million of its signature coffee ground body scrubs and ships to over 149 countries. The brand gained traction on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook thanks to its bold persona and deliberate user generated content strategy. Today, the brand sells so much more than just scrubs.

During my time as full time Senior Copywriter & Campaign Manager at frank body, I was lucky enough to work on some amazing projects including:

  • Naming and writing all product copy for A Clearing Body Wash and Rosehip Body Scrub & Cleanse including compliance checks

  • Concepting, scriptwriting, providing on-set creative direction and post-production advice for multiple campaign videos

  • Re-launching the loyalty program with brand new website copy plus accompanying email and social assets

  • Campaign management for many campaigns throughout 2021 including the launch of new hair products, the first active skincare products fb brought to market, Black Friday campaign and Christmas campaigns

  • Copywriting for every brand touchpoint, including all marketing EDMs, email flows, website, social media, OOH, retail partner assets, key messages and scripts

  • Owning and managing the annual marketing calendar and overseeing all social media output
