Getting real about real life contraception
Women deserve to have autonomy over their reproductive health. But many aren’t aware of the contraceptive options available to them.
As Senior Copywriter at Berlin-based advertising agency, Wunderman Thompson, I worked with my art director partner to create a series of animated videos aimed at empowering women with the knowledge they needed to have informed conversations with their medical health providers about long-acting forms of contraception.
The educational videos framed real life moments like forgetting to take the pill or considering getting pregnant in a lighthearted and easy to digest format.
Viewers were encouraged to learn more at mycontraception.com, where they could take a quiz to find the best birth control method for them or fill out conversation guides before their next medical consultation.
